Service Description
This 8-week, group workshop, is designed to help you understand and improve your self-esteem using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches. Many people struggle with a harsh inner critic, persistent self-doubt, or a sense of 'never being enough'. This workshop offers practical tools to help you break these patterns and develop a more balanced, supportive relationship with yourself. Together we will explore: How low self-esteem develops and what is keeps it stuck How to identify and respond to your self-critical voice Ways to build self-compassion without losing motivation The role of perfectionism and how to loosen it's grip Practical CBT strategies to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns Self-regulation tools and techniques This is a supportive and structured space where you'll learn skills you can continue using long after the workshop ends.
